The Advantage

The Advantage workshop, based on the work of Patrick Lencioni, provides teams with a groundbreaking, approachable model for achieving organisational health.

There is likely no greater frustration for employees than having to navigate the politics and confusion caused by leaders who may be misaligned.

Organisational health is about making a company function effectively by building a cohesive leadership team, establishing real clarity among those leaders, communicating that clarity to everyone within the organisation and putting in place just enough structure to reinforce that clarity going forward.

The Advantage workshop is essential to building and maintaining a healthy team and organisation.
