Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®

The most widely used personality assessment in the world.
WHAT IS Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is based on Carl Jung's theory, this personality profiling workshop will help you understand and appreciate your preference for taking in information, making decisions and orienting your life.

The MBTI® Instrument identifies an individual’s preferences for: Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I), Sensing (S) or Intuition (N), Thinking (T) or Feeling (F), and Judging (J) or Perceiving (P) indicated by a four-letter ‘code’.

Organisations have selected it as the personality instrument of choice across their training and development programs because it provides a common language for appreciating interpersonal differences. When people are self-aware, they can realise more of their potential.

This workshop will deepen your self-awareness, reduce interpersonal conflict, and allow participants to build stronger relationships with friends, partners, customers and colleagues based on appreciation and respect.
