Mindful Leadership
the power of positive mental health

“In today’s rush, we all think too much — seek too much — want too much — and forget about the joy of just being.”

Eckhart Tolle

Mindfulness - the ability to clear and focus one’s mind - is one of the most powerful tools in personal and professional success. It can help to reduce stress, anxiety and conflict, increase resilience and emotional intelligence, and even improve communication.

Organisations are becoming more invested in the wellbeing of employees due to an increased awareness of the costs associated with an unhealthy workforce. Absenteeism, staff turnover, and a lack of productivity are all very costly issues that are closely tied to employee stress and mental health.

Mindfulness training enables employees to respond to difficult situations effectively and has been shown to have a positive effect on burnout, wellbeing, and stress. Research has shown that employees who practice mindfulness have higher levels of well-being through improved emotional resilience, better work-life balance, and higher job performance.

The Power of Belief
life by design not default

“Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy. Human beings have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that disempowers them or one that can literally save their lives”

Anthony Robbins

Beliefs are the thoughts in our head that influence our behaviour, attitude and actions. Beliefs are not set in stone, meaning with the power of choice, we have the ability to change them anytime we want.

The beliefs that affect our lives are either empowering beliefs or limiting beliefs. Empowering beliefs enable us to lead fulfilling, flourishing lives, whereas limiting beliefs stop us from achieving our goals, leading us to live a life lacking fulfilment.
