THE THEME OF IGNITe24 is
'YET TO BE DETERMINED'

We believe a common trait amongst all great leaders is courage.
The unwavering courage to be your best authentic self.
The courage to step up, speak up and show up.
The courage to embrace the gifts of imperfection.
The courage to see failures as an opportunity to learn and grow.
The courage to be YOU.

There is no denying the magic that occurs when women come together to CONNECT, COLLABORATE and GROW.

It is an energy that lights a spark, igniting a fire within us, to lead and inspire others. It lights us up to leave a lasting impact on those around us.

IGNITE24 will be showcasing the courage and strength of many extraordinary women.

Women who LEAD WITH COURAGE and we have no doubt that they will inspire the spark within you to do the same.

LAEL STONE

NAME

LAEL
STONE

ROLE

Speaker, Educator, Author

Lael Stone is an educator, TEDx speaker, author, mother, and parenting counsellor who has been working with families for over 20 years.

She is the co-creator of Woodline Primary School, an innovative new school based on emotional well-being and connection. Lael was the co-host of The Aware Parenting Podcast and a sought-after public speaker who talks candidly about her experiences and her great passion for helping adults become more aware of their stories and imprints.

As well as sitting on a few advisory boards and consulting with organisations around emotional awareness and trauma-informed practices, Lael has teamed up with The Resilience Project to deliver presentations all over Australia in 22/23.

At IGNITE23, you will hear Lael explore Why Our Stories Matter and What We Make Them Mean.

What does the way I was raised have to do with how I lead and interact with others? This talk explores the imprints and belief systems that shape the way we think, interact and create in our lives. This is not just about positive thinking or goal setting, this talk invites people to reflect on what happened in the past that now affects their future. We explore why we get triggered, why we sabotage ourselves, and what holds us back from living the life we want.

A conversation that invites you to dive deeper into the unconscious patterns that stop us from living our truth and creating what we desire. We often have to look at the past to see the future we want.

Best summed up as a multipotentialite!

Her WHY? It's simple!! To make a difference & create meaningful impact daily.

A business professional, positive, passionate & energetic. Yas strives for excellence & is capable of being productive anywhere & anytime. As an intrepreneur, she created a multi-million dollar sales department from the ground up, with award winning growth year-on-year for over a decade. Transitioning successfully from B2B sales management to lead a project building the company online store, which today represents one of the largest contributors of revenue from a single B2C retail department.

An entrepreneur of impact, with a focus on designing & executing solutions for the circular economy, through the activation of dormant goods (excess stuff) in the community.

Positive, energising & occasionally exhausting. Yas loves people & has an innate passion to give & help others.
