  • Explore the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), allowing leaders to understand themselves and the personalities within their team to strengthen team cohesion.

  • Review and discuss the team assessment report (TAR). The TAR captures the team's anonymous feedback on 'the 5 dysfunctions of a team'. The effectiveness of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results.
